We want you to love your purchase from L & K Holidays and Holly the Holiday Hero. If you’re not completely happy, here’s how we can help.
1. Physical Products (e.g., merchandise, gifts)

Returns period: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Proof of purchase: Please include your order number or receipt.
How to return:

Email us at info@l-k-holidays.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Note: You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
3. Digital Downloads (e.g., printable materials)
Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the file has been downloaded.
If you have trouble accessing your file or the link doesn’t work, please contact us and we’ll resend it.
4. Non-Returnable Items
